Starting counts. Nobody is behind.
Moss is a daily companion for people with ADHD — a small sloth who moved in from a place where everything was fast, and now lives through your day with you. Try it on your iPhone while it’s in testing.
A peek at Moss

A day, not a to-do list
One rule: one thing in front, the day behind. Moss walks the day with you in four parts, and does every small thing alongside you.
Morning
Three tiny anchors — open the curtains, a glass of water, one stretch. Thirty seconds each. Moss does them too.
Day
One thing in front. The rest of the day sits behind it, visible and held, never counted at you.
Evening
Moss says what happened today, never what didn’t, and plants one seed for tomorrow.
Night
Moss sleeps. The app goes quiet with you.
What Moss will never do
Count what you didn’t do
There are no streaks to break and no “behind” to catch up on.
Scold you
Moss cannot suffer, scold or speak as a human relation.
Decide for you
Moss learns the shape of your days and shapes anchors and timing around it. What to do is always your call.
Take your words
Brain dumps and moods live on your device. Anything sent to a model is used only for that feature and never to train it.
How the invite works
- We add you. A person adds your Apple ID to the test, usually within a day or two.
- Apple emails you. The invite comes from TestFlight, not from us.
- Install and open. Get the free TestFlight app, tap the invite, and the app installs.
